Secondary Ejector Check Valve


This unit is used in the vacuum line between the Ejector & Vacuum Regulator, Flow Proportioner or Remote Metering Panel to further ensure that water is NOT ALLOWED to back up and foul the equipment.

All too often the ejector check valve becomes dirty and water is allowed back into the tubing and upstream equipment such as valves and regulators.

Most times the equipment is turned back on so that the ejector evacuates most of, but not all of the water, which can foul Rotameters and corrode the metal pieces and can, in strong solutions, break down the Viton O Rings and Diaphragms.

The unit above is put together with a
Plast-O-Matic check valve

Watch the diaphragm action !

 The unit breaks open like a Union for easy cleaning and replacement of the Diaphragm.

a 1' Clic Pipe Hanger, or two for more support

Stainless Steel Sheet Metal or Machine screws are provided.

Parker Fast & Tite Compression by NPT Fittings.

Parker Fast & Tite Fittings come with stainless steel Grippers, good for Sulfur Dioxide that could be replaced with Plastic for better compatibility Chlorine gas.

   

The Fast-Tite Fittings are stocked as EPDM and Stainless Steel.

Plastic Grippers and Viton O Rings are Optional.
